Terabyte PCs – Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Terabyte PCs. We take pride in the quality and performance of our custom-built gaming computers. Please review the following warranty terms and conditions carefully.

Warranty Coverage

•  This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

• During the warranty period, Terabyte PCs will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective components using new or refurbished parts.

Proof of Purchase

•   A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required to obtain warranty service.

•   The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Delivery & Service Fees

•   Customers are responsible for all shipping or delivery costs associated with returning the computer for inspection or repair.

•   Terabyte PCs is not liable for any damage incurred during transit.

Inspection & Exclusions

•   All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our technicians.

If, upon inspection, the computer is found to have been:

•   Tampered with

•   Modified with non-approved components

•   Physically damaged

•   Used outside of intended purposes

Then the warranty will be void, and any repair or replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

•   Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

•   Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

•   Software issues, including viruses or operating system corruption

•    Loss of data or software
